Personal training is a great way to take the guesswork out of training. As a trainer it is my job to get the correct balance of exercises for each individual. All programs are specifically tailored to each client. I don't use a one size fits all philosophy, i take real care of my clients needs. If you have never used a trainer before then it can be a real game changer.

I cannot recommend Sam more highly! I have been training with CoastFit for over 2 years - Sam blends a variety of targeted and challenging exercises with encouragement, support and humour. My functional fitness as well as my knowledge of technique has greatly improved which has had positive benefits both in and outside of the gym.
